New BritCits online library

I'm playing around a bit with the layout of the page. You'll notice some tabs above, one of which is to the primary documents library :
http://britcits.blogspot.co.uk/p/library.html

I am compiling a selection of useful/interesting primary documents here. Statements of intent, APPG reports, important Hansard debates, ministerial responses, correspondence, and people's personal experiences both of the rules (where the piece is too long to post on the main britcits page or in the pack, but important and well-written enough to stand on its own), and especially experiences of people using the Surinder Singh route.

Basically I'm experimenting with the layout of the site and am providing links here to make primary documents easy to find. A lot of the documents are already on here : http://www.scribd.com/sjplep/documents - but putting them on one short page should make them easy to find.

At the moment the links are in roughly chronological order on how the campaign has developed, but this may change in the future to a more thematic presentation.
