    I was quite shocked with the comment from PO on the notice. The nice short quote outlined everything that really needs saying...

    Wasn't at all suprised that my associated FOI request (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ma_and_sm_zambrano_article_8) was classed as vexatious though.
