*** REPOST *** 9th July: REMINDER - events in London and Malta

9th July 2014 will mark the second anniversary of the introduction of the draconian and iniquitous rules which divide families. You can read some of their stories here :

If you'd like to publicise your own event, write us - steve@britcits.com / britcits@gmail.com . Or join the meetup group : http://www.meetup.com/BritCits/

Event 1: 10am – 11:30am APPG on Migration - MRN event
This meeting will consider the latest evidence about the impacts of the family migration rules across the UK, and will look closely at the position of lower income families outside London. It will follow up the work of the cross-party APPG on Migration inquiry which reported in 2013, to ask how far these rules are compatible with a fair and balanced approach to immigration, and with a family-friendly policy agenda.
