  1. This rule change is an attempt by UK Govt to prevent free movement of British Citizens. These rules are framed with words which are open for any interpretation. I would say these rules are against the fundamental right of free movement of labour granted by European Union. In the first place what UK trying to achieve is to create phsyscolgical war on the people affected by UK immigration law. I still this it should not be a problem for British Citizens, who exercise right of free movement, to travel back to UK with non EU family members as denying entry to UK will be violation of EU rules which the courts in the UK will definitely be turned down.
